What Sets Us Apart?

1. Sterilized Metal Implements: All tools used during your nail service have been sterilized in a hospital grade AUTOCLAVE.  Implements
are pre-cleaned with soap and water, dried, sealed into a sterilization envelope, and autoclaved.  They remain sterile inside the envelope until your service begins.  Autoclaving is the highest level of sterilization and is standard procedure at medical
facilities in the U.S. (in accordance with AMA, FDA & EPA guidelines).  This is the only process guaranteed to kill spores.  Immersion disinfection, the standard practice used in salons, is not sufficient to completely eradicate all microbial life.

2. LED Lamps:  UV rays have been proven not to be harmful in nail applications, however, it remains a point
of contention among medical professionals and makes health-conscious guests uncomfortable.  For this reason we’ve chosen to use only products that cure with LED lamps.

3. No Whirlpool Jets:  No matter how thoroughly cleaned, dangerous bacteria thrives in the plumbing and filters of whirlpool jets.  Therefore, we have chosen ceramic pedicure
basins that can be thoroughly cleaned between customers and are guaranteed not to harbor bacteria.  At Paint, you can soak your toes worry-free with no “ick” factor.  We also offer “waterless” pedicures, which are divine and come with an extended massage!
If you’ve never experienced this hip new service, you’re in for a luxurious time!

4.
Disposable files, buffers and manicure sticks are used one time before being discarded – take them home with you if you like!  Pumice stones are porous and harbor dead
skin and bacteria.  They are not used at Paint.  Razors and graters are incredibly dangerous and against a nail technician’s scope of practice in Florida, so we don’t use those either.  Instead, we use an alpha-hydroxy-acid based gel to gently soften dead
skin and disposable foot files for your safety and protection.

5.  We have one of the
most talented estheticians in West Texas!  Leandra is a brow and lash specialist offering facial waxing, brow shaping and tinting, microblading, and eyelash lifting and tinting!  She has trained with some of the best professionals in the business and it is
licensed and certified for all services on her menu!
