Jody & Tammy Maxx have successfully orchestrated over 1000  Weddings as Reception Entertainment Directors and Ceremony Coordinators in Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.

Tammy graduated Texas Tech University’s College of Business Administration and became a certified wedding planner with Weddings Beautiful Worldwide. Her experience, passion, and drive to help brides achieve their vision is a major factor in why they consistently get a five-star rating on reviews.

Jody, who earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at San Antonio, did some graduate work at Texas Tech and is a huge Red Raider fan. He began his career in broadcasting before moving into the specialized field of mobile wedding entertainment while going to college. Upon graduation, he moved to Lubbock and opened Music To The Maxx in 1987.

Both Jody & Tammy continue their wedding education by regularly attending conventions and seminars. They are members of the National American DJ Association (ADJA) as well as National Association of Mobile Entertainers (NAME). They have on sight liability insurance coverage up to $1,000,000.00 through NAME which is yet another reason why brides and venue managers refer Music To The Maxx.
